POST-DEPARTURE

1. Our teams accompany students from the airport to the university so that there will be no inconvenience to them.

2. Until the hostel room arrangements, we will provide accommodation facilities for our students.

3. We will help you with your hostel registration and allotting your respective hostel rooms with Wi-Fi.

4. After the departure, we will provide you with an international SIM-card so that students will be able to contact their respective without facing any problem.  

5. There will be a general MCQ examination of biology and chemistry that will be conducted by the university to check the basic knowledge of the student, it is a compulsory exam.

6. Certain medical and health checkups will be held -

-HIV blood and serum test

-Urine test

-Oral cavity examination

-Fecal test

-Malaria test

-ECG

-BP test

-Lung x-ray test

7.  After clearing all tests there will be deposition of original documents in the respective universities and the students will themselves submit their fees to the respected universities in our respected guidance.

8. Students will be allotted with their university student card.

9. We will also assist you to extend visa during the whole period of study.

10. At the time of emergency, complete assistance is provided.
